Customer service in this office is amazing. Each and every staff member will go out of their way to help. Dr. Arizmendi, NP Broom and NP Kelly take the time to listen and ensure proper care is given. I absolutely recommend this office to all my family and friends!

I’m not a big fan of Dr visits but I have no problems being seen by NP Kelly Edwards. She makes the visit enjoyable, I feel like she takes her time and actually cares for my well being. I would highly recommend her when booking an appointment at this location.

recently had the pleasure of visiting the doctor's office and was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the young lady on Adrianna. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made my experience exceptionally positive. She is a valuable asset to the team, and her dedication to patient care is truly commendable. Her counterpart was also extremely efficient in the Near Perfect Visit...... The Coffee was Semi Cold, This is the only thing I would fix about this Practice, So to the entire Team Thank You So Much..... Great Job To The Rockstar Adrianna..

What a breath of fresh air! My experience with NP K. Edwards has been excellent. Her professionalism and kindness are evident the moment you meet her. She isn’t in a hurry and she listens. There is an air of genuine concern and care that she exudes. She doesn’t talk at you, she engages with you. If you are looking for a professional who can deliver genuine, quality care, sprinkled in kindness, both my husband and I highly recommend NP K. Edwards.

I am a nurse and I know quality care. This practice is professional, knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. I've been with them for years and I always feel heard during my visits with NP Kelly Edwards. She has excellent bedside manner and always makes sure to address all my needs.

Best customer service I have ever seen in a clinic. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. When you need referrals it gets done quickly. Kelly Edward's is the best, she listens and doesn't make you feel rushed. I highly recommend them. She has helped me with many issues getting through "The system". They just take the stress out of health care.

I started seeing NP Kelly Edwards about 3 months ago and couldn't be more pleased. She's professional, but extremely personable and caring. I had bloodwork done as part of a routine checkup and the feedback/consultation on the results was better than I've had at any other doctor's office.

I have been very happy with the care I have received at this clinic. Mrs. Rosantina Broom is who I see and she has been nothing short of phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable and kind and has helped me so much. The staff is efficient and friendly and I have had nothing but positive things to say about this practice.
